Cosmo Festival is a psychedelic trance gathering of tribes founded in year 2009. Creating self awareness in dance and unity to celebrate the joy of being on Earth. The beginning of a world consciousness is dawning and a new realisation of our cultural roots as human beings has begun. Cosmo Festival will be celebrating its 3rd anniversary with a treat of world class musicians, fire performers, workshops, healing area, market stalls, restaurants, licensed bars & lots more going on to keep you entertained and thrilled over 3 nights of camping in a beautiful southern country location full of panoramic views. Cosmo is a Full Moon Gathering and it will be held on the Full Moon of JUNE 2012, following the tilt of the moon. The 3rd edition of Cosmo is from June 1st to 4th, which is a bank holiday weekend, giving us the Monday off to continue the party. We create the stage and invite all people to come and create their stories. Come and realise the true expression of the self through the presence of the cosmically amplified Full Moon. The only exception is between 18:00 and 20:00 on Sunday 3rd of June. This is in celebration and respect for Her Royal Majesty the Queen and her diamond jubilee celebrations. Church bells will be rung across Taunton at this time and as we’re quite close to a church that’s having a service to celebrate, and as we are on Crown land and have been given permission from the Crown to hold Cosmo 2012, we think it’s appropriate. We’ll be celebrating in our own way while the sound systems are off with the Cosmo 2012 Jubilee Team Challenge.
